Mr Jitendra Vara qualified at the European School Of Osteopathy (ESO) in 1988, where he was a lecturer in clinical neurology for over twenty years.  He now concentrates on his clinical practice treating musculosketal pain, shoulder pain, cervicogenic headaches and neck and low back pain. He is married with two young children and enjoys family life.  Mr Vara is registered to treat patients covered by most private healthcare  providers..

* Bach Flower Remedies Consultations.

Ruth is a complementary health therapist with over 11 year’s experience who works on a physical and emotional level with patients. As an Aromatherapist she works on a therapeutic level and has a special interest in relieving back, neck and shoulder pain with essential oils in Aromatherapy Massage. Ear, nose and throat problems such as sinusitis, Eustachian ear dysfunction, headaches and compacted wax can be treated with Hopi Ear Candling which is also useful in relieving pressure in the ears before diving or flying. Bach Flower Remedies consultations treat the individual’s negative emotions which often lie at the root of physical illness.

Miss Lucinda Johnston qualified from the European School of Osteopathy in 1996, where she now lectures and is a senior examiner. She also practises at Sussex University Health Centre, where we work very closely with the General Practitioners and nurses. Miss Johnston is interested in treating all forms of musculoskeletal disorders,  particularly repetitive strain injury (RSI), postural problems and osteoarthritic joints.

James Brice – State Registered Chiropodist & Podiatrist: BSc. (Hons). Pod.M. SRCh, MSCP State Registered Chiropodist & Podiatrist Member of Health Professional Council.

James trained and graduated from University College London at the London Foot Hospital and School of Podiatric Medicine. As the oldest training school for Chiropody and Podiatry it is recognised globally for its excellence in both tuition and facilities.
He is an HPC State Registered member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists with extensive experience in the NHS and Private sector and is experienced in all aspects of podiatry including diabetic foot, in-growing toe nails and podiatry sports injuries.
He continues his professional development with training courses to gain extensive experience and updates in all areas of podiatry.

Mr James Marro is a graduate of the British School of Osteopathy, and a member of The British Medical Acupunture Society. He  lectures in clinical neurology and osteopathic technique at Surrey Institue of Osteopathy. James’ practice experience includes working within a GP surgery, and practising alongside physiotherapists and podiatrists.. He treats using a mainly structural “hands on” approach, complemented by ultrasound and acupuncture. Experienced in the treatment  of many  conditions which include acute sports injuries.

Paul Kent, BSc (Hons) Ost is a graduate of the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone and is fully registered with both the General Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association. He treats all ages from babies and children up to more mature patients, using a variety of techniques that are tailored to that individual person, but his long involvement in athletics has given him a special interest in treating sports injuries.He is a trained Sports Massage therapist and a full member of the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists. He practises at clinics in Seaford, Coulsdon and Dartford.
